Use this compact digital pocket refractometer to measure percent Brix of fruits, syrups, sauces, and beverages, or refractive index of chemicals, cosmetics, adhesives, polymers, resins and more. Simply press the mode button to select either Brix or refractive index, place 0.2 mL of your sample on the prism, and press the ''read'' button. Your sample measurement is digitally displayed out to 0.1% Brix, or out to 4 significant places in refractive index. Constructed in a durable Xenoy material, this IP65-rated unit is water resistant and dustproof. Rinse prism well with water to clean after measurement is made.
