Constructed of shock-resistant ABS plastic. Water-resistant case is sealed with an O-ring gasket to stop dirt, dust, fumes, and water. Reads both °F and °C on a jumbo, LCD. Thermometer monitors temperature continuously for three years and features a selectable display update rate of 1 second or 10 seconds. A high and low alarm may be programmed in 1° increments. When temperature rises above or falls below the set points, a 1-minute audible alarm signals an out-of-range condition, and a symbol flashes on the LCD. The alarm mode may be switched off for use as a non-alarm thermometer. At the touch of a button, memory recalls highest and lowest temperature readings over any time period. Countdown timer function may be programmed in 1-minute increments from 99 hours 59 minutes (display shows hours, minutes, and seconds remaining). Unit sounds alarm when zero is reached. Accuracy is 0.01%.for the thermometer.
