Coolant/Battery Acid Refractometers feature two different coolant temperature scales: ethylene glycol and propylene glycol. Determine percent concentration from the freezing point reading with chart. Measure battery acid concentration on a specific gravity scale; shows recharge, fair, or good status. Automatic temperature compensation (ATC) makes these ideal for ASTM Standard Practice D3321. Units include a dipstick and a flexible sampling pump that store conveniently in the shock-resistant polycarbonate housing.
